They are a few minutes from University of Iowa, Iowa City's lively downtown with Food for mind, body, soul: bookstores, chef-owned restaurants, yoga, dance, and live music. High rises, ethnic restaurants, and specialty shops give it a cosmopolitan feel. 

I have been making environmentally friendly choices for 38 years. I offer cooking classes for health and budget in same time as 10 minute microwave meals.
